there is a neighbor coming to my place and said if there is a charred smell when she see tv, then tv taken to the my place. after I disassemble the tv there is a charred resistor on VCC is EW TDA8145, after checking it turns out EW is also there crack a bit. then I open ic and I turn on the tv and I see a horizontal picture less full left right, about 3cm and curved, After that, I check VCC is EW, and voltage is normal, B + Normal. check the EW input voltage is rising, check Milar on the horizontal area there are some that wear out. among others 47n / 630v, 15n / 2000v and 330n / 400v. because I do not have stock end up going to the store for shopping.
After all the goods have got, time to repair, after all replaced with new part I try to turn on the tv and the result horizontal image widened at the top and bottom like the picture above. try feeling if I was very hot. after checking again, I found L401 in an input suspicious. after being OPEN and measured turned out to be damaged, after I open plastic protector I see in the middle of the winding was burnt, after that I was looking for copper wires and I was twisted back, finished pairs again and test tv. the picture is not wide, but horizontal is still a curve, the last step into the factory menu and adjust EW, EP, ET, EW Up, EW Low. and the result is normal pictures.
